As we move closer to the DLS 27 Release, the expectations and rumours around the game build. As per the latest information, the game is expected to be released in the last part of the year preferable in the first week of December.
So, taking feedback from thousands of subscribers and followers, we have compiled the list of the most demanded features in the upcoming Dream League franchise. It is worth noting that these features are not yet confirmed, but only proposed.
What We Want in DLS 2027?
- Bringing More Legends: Since the last few Classic player events, the game has been recycling the same legendary player againa nd agsin with different profile pictures. So, there is lots of dilemma about whether new players like Pele, Beckham, Maradona, etc. will be added, as we have seen there are many big legends who are available in other big games like eFootball Mobile and FC Mobile.
- Full Team Stats at the end of the game and season, including the ratings, forms, etc. Currently, only the player with the highest rating is shown after the match; it will be interesting to see if similar features are added to the game.
- The current live section of the game is missing a LIVE Match Leaderboard. A Live match leaderboard/tournament (region-wise or global) will be an interesting addition, as players will be able to see their world ranking in the game.
- Re-coaching players already developed may allow the gamers to correct their mistakes while training their original player with unplanned coaching. So it is a highly anticipated feature which can allow the players to re-coach as per their requirements and plan, focusing the development on fitness or Technicality.
- Currently, the game only allows the individual to play the game with the players who are on your team, and sometimes with the Special players in the live event. But it is not possible to play with the player which have gone in previous events. There should be an option to loan the Super Rare Special player (like Navy Blue Cards Champions Events) in exchange for some of the gems.
- Manager Mode: Although the game itself works as a manager mode, if the players get to control the finances, sponsors, rivals, loans, etc., it will be more like a real Manager Mode similar to the Master League, FTS Manager Mode, etc.
- The ability to add your own Custom Ball Design using a custom ball design link will be very interesting to see. It should be similar to the Custom kits, which can be unlocked with a few gems, and any of your favourite kits can be imported.
- Currently, all the player runs the same, pass the same; there are no special traits for any player, including running style, penalty style, etc. Other games have gone too far in this.
- Skills and Strategies: Currently, the game only has 3 strategies: Balanced, Defensive or Attacking. But more playing styles and tactical control for the player will allow gamers to have more control over the game.
- Create your own player: In early DLS games like DLS 17 and DLS 18, you could create your own player with your own face, name, hairstyle, nationality, etc. It was a cool feature and will be interesting to see in the upcoming DLS 2027.
